    Terms of Service

    1. General

    BezAgencije is an online platform that enables direct buying, selling and renting of properties without intermediaries. By using the platform, you accept these terms in their entirety.

    2. Registration and User Account

    • A valid email address is required to publish listings.
    • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide during registration.
    • You are responsible for the security of your account and password.

    3. Publishing Listings

    • You may only publish a listing for a property you own or are authorised to sell/rent.
    • Listing content must be truthful, accurate and up to date.
    • Publishing misleading, illegal or discriminatory content is prohibited.
    • Paid listings are charged via Stripe according to the pricing shown on the platform.

    4. Payment and Refunds

    • Payments are processed via Stripe. BezAgencije does not store payment card details.
    • Paid listings remain active for 30 days from the date of successful payment.
    • Refunds are available in accordance with applicable legislation. To request a refund, contact us at podrska@matchmindz.com.

    5. AI Assistant

    The platform offers an AI chat assistant to help you search for properties. The AI assistant provides information based on data available on the platform and does not constitute legal, financial or professional advice.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    • BezAgencije is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.
    • We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users in listings.
    • We are not liable for damages arising from transactions made through the platform.
    • The platform is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability or correctness.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All platform content (design, logo, code) is the property of BezAgencije. Users retain ownership of the content they publish (photos, descriptions) but grant the platform the right to use that content for display on the site.

    8. Termination

    We reserve the right to remove a user account or listing that violates these terms, without prior notice.

    9. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Zagreb.
